Parma OperArt Association has working for over a decade in the diffusion and dissemination of musical culture, especially Opera and classical. Parma OperArt ranges from giving concerts, Opera, dance, movie and new media, and is characterized by the continuity of the projects and the ability to address issues always different, but with the essential aim of offering high quality artistic. In the last years, among the many activities of Parma OperArt, there is the important agreement with Villa Pallavicino of Busseto, the National Museum G. Verdi, where Parma OperArt for three years has created and produced an important and rich program of events with important orchestras and prestigious personalities, among them also Giorgio Albertazzi in a memorable "Tribute to Giuseppe Verdi." Province of Parma has many beautiful places, but the majestic Colorno is certainly one of the most important. From 2013 (the bicentenary Verdi) till today, every summer (July), Parma OperArt has conceived a programmes of great impact and artistic quality, among these are the productions of Operas in their full versions: "La Traviata" by Giuseppe Verdi, "The Barber of Seville” by Gioachino Rossini, “The Turkish in Italy" by G. Rossini, "Madama Butterfly" by Giacomo Puccini. For the next year is provided "Nabucco" by G. Verdi. The great success of the Opera productions by Parma OperArt led to represent these shows in other places and theatres. The Opera productions of Parma OperArt in Reggia di Colorno are part of Italian Opera Festivals that take place in picturesque places and natural scenery full of history and charm.
